Fields are the data points of the records that make up your CRM. Fields Dashboard is available under Settings > Customization > Fields. This link redirects to the dashboard which allows a user to view all the fields available for each CRM module. You can create new fields, delete fields or edit fields here.
On Fields Dashboard:
- Users can see and use any active fields
- Deleting a field also deletes all associated data in your records
- Deactivating a field hides it from your users, but all data is retained – this can be done on Customization > Layouts
