What is the Audit Log? Where can I see a history of my actions?

The Audit Log page provides a chronological history of actions for:

  • you
  • any users in subordinate roles to you

What actions are tracked by the Audit Log?

The following actions tracked by the Audit Log:

Module Related Tracking

  • On Leads, Contacts, Organizations:
    •     Add, update, delete records
    •     Mass update and mass delete
    •     Import and export records
    •     Lead conversion
    •     Delete from Recycle Bin
    •     Rollback (delete imported data)
    •     Restore deleted records
    •     Restore records in bulk
    •     Find and Merge Duplicates
    •     Deduplicate Records
    •     Map fields for Lead Conversion

 

  • Opportunities, Tasks, Projects, Support Tickets:
    •     Add, update, delete records
    •     Mass update and mass delete
    •     Import and export records
    •     Delete from Recycle Bin
    •     Rollback (delete imported data)
    •     Restore deleted records
    •     Restore records in bulk
    •     Find and Merge Duplicates
    •     Deduplicate Records

Setup Related Tracking

  • On Email Templates/Folders, Document Folders, Assignment Rules, Forms, Users, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Groups, Roles:
    •     Create
    •     Delete
    •     Edit

To access the Audit Log page

  1. Sign in
  2. Click on your name at the top of the page
  3. The User Dropdown menu will appear. Click on the Settings button
  4. The Settings Page will appear. Click on Audit Log under Personal Settings
