How do I use BCC Dropbox?

BCC Dropbox generates a unique Benchmark CRM email address to be used for forwarding emails from your personal email client to the Benchmark CRM. Once received:

  • The email address (your email) that forwarded the email will be verified against the List of Approved Email Addresses
  • Once verified, the CRM will read the original FROM address of your email
  • Your contacts and leads will be searched to find a match
  • If matched, the message is copied to the messages section of your contact or lead
  • If no match is found, you can set rules to either:
    • create a new contact and append the message
    • create a new lead and append the message
    • do nothing
