How do I turn off email notifications for emails I send out from the CRM?

Did you start sending emails and now your inbox is full of notifications? Well Benchmark CRM allows you to turn off these email notifications when sending emails from the CRM.

Following are the steps to turn off the notifications.

  1. Click on settings
  2. Under personal settings, click on Email Notifications
  3. Select the check box which says “Don’t send me copies of email I send through CRM”.
  4. Click on green check button to save the settings.

Note: Turning off email replies or CC messages, will only allow you to see replies or CC messages on your CRM email dashboard.
