How Do I change the active fields for my CRM users? How do I change the field order for records? (Layouts)

Benchmark CRM allows you to customize the number of fields for users. This can be done in two ways.

  1. Change the active fields to inactive
  2. Re-order the sequest of fields in the module

 

In order to change the active fields to inactive.

  • Click on settings from the drop down menu on avatar.

  • Once on settings page, under Customization select Layouts

  • Layouts page lists all the modules, select the module for which the field needs to be deactivated.

  • Click and drag the field from the module section to Inactive fields section

In order to Re-order the active fields.

  • Click on settings from the drop down menu on avatar.

  • Once on settings page, under Customization select Layouts

  • Layouts page lists all the modules, select the module for which the field needs to be deactivated.

  • Click and drag the field to reorder.
