How do I change my password or security question?

You can change your password, your security question and your security answer on the Change My Password page.  The length, complexity other password requirements are determined by your CRM admin.

What are my password requirements?

These are set by your CRM administrator on the admin password policies page.

What is the security question used for?

The security question and answer are used whenever:

  • you’ve forgotten your password
  • an admin has forced a reset of all passwords due to a security concern

To access the Change My Password and Security Question page

  1. Sign in
  2. Click on your name at the top of the page
  3. The User Dropdown menu will appear. Click on the Settings button
  4. The Settings Page will appear. Click on Change My Password under Personal Settings
