The Home Dashboard makes it easy to see your most important sales and email marketing data in n easy-to-read place. You can use our default widgets or remove them and add your own. There are user-specific widgets, but you can add any report graph or record view (filtering of contacts, tasks, etc.) as a dashboard widget.

Here are the default widgets on your home dashboard:

Email Marketing Qualified Leads

The Email Marketing Qualified Leads widget lets you see up-to-the-minute email campaigns opens and clicks. You can click on any of the subscribers and access their CRM record to see more information or set tasks to close your sale.

Some things to consider:

  • Your latest email marketing campaign will show by default along with the email address of whoever has opened this campaign.
  • If a CRM contact doesn’t exist yet for the email address, a new record will be created.
  • This report only works if you have integrated your Benchmark Email account with your CRM account.

Today & Overdue Tasks

Use this widget so that you never lose sight of a task. This widget uses one of your default views from your Activities Listing page and puts it right on your home dashboard. The widget shows all of your open tasks, calls, and events. You can click on any of the items to see the full view on your activities listing page.
Btw, any of your record views (including custom views) can be a Home Dashboard widget. We just found this one so essential that we put it in for you.

Report Graph: Contacts by Email Marketing Rating

This widget shows your contacts email marketing engagement as a pie chart. As you send Benchmark Email Marketing campaigns, the subscribers who open go from 0 stars up to 5 stars.

  • Click on the report name to see the full report where you can drill down to each rating and even click through to individual contacts.
  • This report only works when you have an integrated your Benchmark Email account with your CRM account.

Follow Feed

Do you have lots of records, but need to keep up with the most-important-to-you contacts and deal opportunities? Us, too. That’s why this widget exists.

  • You can click “follow” on any CRM contact, lead, opportunity (deal), activity, support ticket, so any update about it appears here.
  • Emails, notes, owner, data, and status changes are reported
  • Updates are chronological.

Getting to your Home Dashboard

Open the left navigation menu, and click Home.

How to Add a Dashboard Widget

  1. Open the left navigation menu, and click Home.
  2. Click on the ADD WIDGET button, and then browse through the widgets available. 
  3. Edit the Widget selected and then click Add to Dashboard.

How to Remove a Dashboard Widget

There are two options for deleting a widget from your home dashboard. 

  • From your dashboard, click on the trash bin icon on the icon you want to remove. 

Or 

  1. From the dashboard, click on Add Widget.
  2. Then find the widget you want to remove. 
  3. Last, click on Remove from Dashboard.
