Yes! The integration of Benchmark CRM and Benchmark Email is a two way integration. The opt-out or unsubscribe detail are synced between Benchmark CRM and Benchmark Email platform.
Opt-out field sync from Benchmark CRM to Benchmark Email
As a CRM user, if one of the contacts/leads is marked as opted-out and the same list is pushed to the linked Benchmark Email app through API integration. The email address will be listed under the Unsubscribe List when imported to the Benchmark Email App.
The same happens if someone Unsubscribes from a Benchmark Email list and that list is connected to the Benchmark CRM they will also be opted out from the CRM.
